Ages 0–14: childhood and talent 🧒

The author imagines childhood free from examinations and the burden of formal study. Children would play and discover their interests with parents, grandparents and friends. His original proposal does not include formal schooling during this period.

The author includes the body, psychology, values and sexuality education in learning. Content should be age appropriate and explain consent, respect and safe relationships. Teachers and, when needed, qualified professionals would support young people through love, disappointment and heartbreak.

Ages 28–45: work and responsibility 🛠️

The author wants opportunities for everyone to work according to their abilities. Earning a living and running a home would put preparation into practice. This is an employment goal, not a current offer of a job.

Swami Ji acknowledges that many people will disagree. New needs and criticism would bring new approaches. Open discussion, voluntary participation and room for correction are essential ways to examine this vision.
